What's Your Return Policy?
We hope your new Miz Mooz are perfect for you, but if they’re not a return is quick and easy! Miz Mooz will accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of shipment, in the complete original packaging, with refunds given in the manner of purchase. Miz Mooz will not accept returns of merchandise that has been worn or modified in any way. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Something's not quite right, can I return my order?
Sure! As long as it meets the above criteria, an order can be returned. Returns can be sent back using the pre-paid shipping label enclosed in the original package (subject to a fee of $8.95), or via an alternate method of your choice to the address below. Packages shipped outside of the U.S. will not include a return label.
If you ordered from Alaska or Hawaii, no pre-paid label is included in your package. Please contact [email protected] for a pre-paid return label.
- Any package or product not meeting the eligibility requirements, including postmarks outside of the return window and products deemed by Miz Mooz to be worn, will be re-shipped and the purchasing credit card will be charged with any associated shipping costs. Miz Mooz is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
- Any item returned without its original shoe box or sent using the original shoe box as the shipping package will incur an $8.95 restocking fee.
- All returns made using the pre-paid shipping label enclosed in the original box will be subject to an additional $8.95 fee, deducted from the refund. If you chose to return items using an alternate ship method, please use a traceable service, as Miz Mooz will not be responsible for lost packages.
My order is eligible for return, what next?
Complete the Return Request form at miz-mooz.com and a Return Authorization Number will be issued by Miz Mooz. This number must be written on the outside of the returned package, and the pre paid label included in the original shipment must be used to return the merchandise. Please note:
- Merchandise meeting the return eligibility requirements returned without a Return Authorization Number will be charged an additional $8.95 fee.
- Merchandise not meeting the return eligibility requirements and sent back without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
I live near a Miz Mooz retailer; can I return merchandise to a store?
Retail locations carrying Miz Mooz will not accept returns of web orders. All purchases made through miz-mooz.com must also be returned through miz-mooz.com.
My order was successfully returned, now where's my refund?
Refunds will be processed, less any applicable fees, in 1-2 weeks of the return arriving to Miz Mooz. Original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Can I exchange my order for something else?
Miz Mooz does not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace your purchase with something else, simply place a new order for the desired items, and return your original purchase following the instructions above.
Oops, I missed my order and it was returned to sender. Now what?
Packages that are refused by the recipient or are undeliverable for any reason will be treated as a return when received by Miz Mooz, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping and restocking fees.
Can I return my international order?
Orders shipped internationally are subject to the same return criteria as domestic orders, with the following additions.
- International orders will not include a return label and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Freight, taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other fees will not be refunded.
