I want to buy some shoes! How do I make a purchase?
Of course you do! To make a purchase from miz-mooz.com, you may browse the site to see what’s new, shop by category; or if you know the style you’re looking for, enter it into the search box.
When you find a pair you’d like to buy, select the color and size, and click the “add to cart” button. If at any stage you change your mind, you can delete the item from your cart by entering into the cart and click on the ‘X’ button.
Once you’re ready, follow through to the check out process.
Do I need to have an account to make a purchase?
No, an account is not required to make a purchase from miz-mooz.com, but why not register any enjoy these great perks?

I have an account, but forgot my password.
No problem! Simply click the box that says “I forgot my password” on the login page and you will receive a link by email to reset your password.
How do I use my reward points?
When you have earned at least 500 points, you will be able to apply them to your order. In the final step of the checkout process and on the view cart page, you will see a slider which will allow you to apply points in increments of 500 manually, or by selecting to maximize the discount by redeeming all applicable points. Points may not be used together with other promotional codes on a single order.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you have additional concerns about an order you just placed, please email [email protected] for further assistance.
What are pre-orders?
Occasionally we get so excited about new styles we put them up on miz-mooz.com before they are available to ship. You can purchase these styles in advance of the listed ship date to reserve your size and be the first on the block to have the new goods! Please note:
- Your credit card will be charged when you place the order, and your shoes will ship at the later, listed date
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, and are subject to the same return policy as real time orders
- If your order consists of both pre-order and real time products, they will ship separately with no additional shipping fee

Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Miz Mooz will accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of shipment, in the complete original packaging, with refunds given in the manner of purchase.
Miz Mooz does not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace your purchase with something else, simply place a new order for the desired items, and return your original purchase.

Do you price match?
Absolutely! We are committed to offering you the best possible prices. If you find an item that we offer, in the same color and size, in stock at a similar retailer at the time of purchase, we'll be glad to meet a competitor's price!
- The item must be in stock in the same style, size and color at time of purchase.
- Special promotions, rebates, and gift certificates are not eligible.
- The website where you find the lower price must be a legitimate business and cannot be an auction site, outlet, discounter or non U.S. based store.
To receive your refund:
- Order the item that you want from miz-mooz.com.
- Send an email to [email protected] with: (1) your order number, (2) the product URL of the competitor's site where you found the item
- After receiving your email, Miz Mooz will verify the website where you found the lower price and provide you a refund for the difference. The refund will be processed to you original form of payment the day after your order ships.
